Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the Image 2 service. It applies to all users, accounts, and any content submitted or generated through our platform. By using Image 2, you agree to engage with the service lawfully, safely, and in a way that does not harm others.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following categories of content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Image 2:

  1. Adult / NSFW Content Generating, uploading, or distributing pornographic, explicit sexual, or fetish material of any kind.

  2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  3. Graphic Violence Generating images depicting gore, dismemberment, torture, or gratuitous injury intended to shock or disturb.

  4. Hate Speech & Harassment Content that promotes discrimination, dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, or that constitutes targeted threats or abuse.

  5. Illegal Activity Using the service to facilitate human trafficking, terrorism, the production or distribution of illegal weapons, drug manufacturing, or any other activity that violates applicable law.

  6. Fraud & Deception Generating synthetic media (including deepfakes), forged identities, phishing material, or any content intended to mislead, scam, or defraud others.

  7. Privacy Violations Doxxing, creating non-consensual deepfakes of real individuals, identity theft, or any use of the service that violates another person's privacy rights.

  8. Intellectual Property Infringement Generating content that reproduces, mimics, or infringes upon copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization.

  9. Malware & Service Abuse Uploading malicious scripts, attempting to compromise the security of the platform, scraping or automated abuse of our API, credential theft, or any action that disrupts the service for other users.

Enforcement

Image 2 reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP:

  • Remove or disable access to violating content
  • Restrict or suspend user accounts
  • Permanently terminate access to the service
  • Report unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Enforcement actions may be taken at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or generate through Image 2. We encourage you to use the service responsibly and to report any content you believe violates this policy.
